Training Delivery Options
We have a variety of training delivery option we can offer. We can provide the training in workshops when there is sufficient demand, followed by remote support.
Alternatively, we can offer this training and qualification support through blended learning. We allocate each learner with a Polaris Learning consultant who works closely with them. Following initial evaluation of the requirements of the learners, we will provide a learning plan.
This will identify a range of blended learning activities including online and offline learning resources, including live webinars or on demand webinars to support the learning process. Tracking and client reporting is built into our learning portal PLUS as standard so you can keep track of progress. Learners then progress onto assessment.
