Training Academies

We have helped a number of clients set-up training academies either for in-house training or to provide external training services. This has involved understanding the training academy objectives and working with our clients to establish what services they need to be able to provide, what needs to be in place to provide these services and then helping with the implementation.

This implementation can range from setting and writing standards, training the trainers and training the assessors, to designing procedures and establishing a training academy that represents best practice in this field.
