Train the Trainer – Macrae Edinburgh

Excellent start to the week at Macrae Edinburgh delivering the first 2 days of a Train the Trainer Programme Endorsed by ILM.

Catriona, our Polaris Learning Trainer, was impressed with the high standards and commitment shown by the candidates as they were assessed in both group presentations and one to one demonstration and instruction. Candidates are now preparing for their final day where they will be assessed carrying out interactive training sessions for members of the team. Great work guys – good luck for the rest of the programme!
