As a training, qualifications and competency specialist with over 22 years of experience managing complex and challenging projects, Keith designs, develops and implements people and process solutions that allow people to excel while managing and mitigating risk in routine and emergency situations.
Drawing on his technical specialisms and the specialisms of his colleagues, Keith integrates training and competency through people and process to breakdown complex problems with pragmatic, clear, well structured, sustainable and usable solutions. Keith has developed and implemented numerous paper based and online IT learning and competency solutions, and now drives forward Polaris Learning’s work on our training and competence database Progress.
With many years of delivering results driven leadership development programmes, Keith has also researched and studied how people learn and what motivates them to achieve high performing teams, whatever their environment or the industry.
Building on this knowledge and experience of learning and competency, Keith has led Polaris Learning to provide highly effective online and blended learning solutions to support our own portfolio of learning solutions as well as those of our clients.
