We initially helped this company redesign their approach to competency for Operations and Maintenance personnel working in both upstream and downstream UK assets. One of the other success factors with this project has been providing online training solutions for the company’s assessors and internal verifiers. As well as those who require the formal SQA qualifications in assessment and verification in order to support the apprenticeship programme.
