Polaris Learning were initially contracted by the rig owners to finalise the rig’s Competency Management System for working within European waters. Polaris Learning provided the technical expertise to ensure the Competency Management System met these requirements by writing the necessary technical content for the critical positions.
Polaris Learning also provided the training of assessors and internal verifier training as well as onsite support services, including the achievement of IADC Accreditation.
All the training of assessors has been done remotely through the use of webinars, phone calls and emails.
