Polaris Learning provided a programme of online training and assessment to over 600 of the organisation’s offshore assessors and internal verifiers in support of the organisation rolling out its new Competency Management System to its global operations. This included a simple assignment, and the supervisors and managers were supported by Polaris Learning across 20 drilling vessels.
Polaris Learning also provided e-learning refresher training support packages (SCORM compliant) for both assessor and internal verifier.
