We have been working closely with a client in Saudi Arabia, supporting and guiding their instructors through their SQA L&D9DI qualification online via our online and blended learning portal PLUS.
We have been continually working with their instructors providing them with guidance and support as they gain their qualifications.
All the training and support has been done remotely using webinars, skype calls, emails and phone calls to keep in touch with their instructors and answer any questions they may have.
We have also been supporting two senior staff members within the organisation with their L&D11 verifier qualification. Again everything has been done remotely which has proven to be cost effective for the client.
