“Not a Run of the Mill Exhibition…”

The Safety Expo 2017

This is our first time at The Safety Expo and we are delighted to be involved.

As a rule, we don’t exhibit very often at events, preferring to mingle and talk to other visitors.  However, when Stephen and Charlie at AquaTerra Training told us about The Safety Expo, we were sold on the unique concept of the event and we were keen to get involved.  Although we admit that we weren’t 100% aware just how unique the event would be…

The first meeting of the exhibitors soon arrived and we quickly realised that this would not be the run of the mill exhibition.  We were struck by the enthusiasm of not only AquaTerra but EVERYONE else participating.  There will be no tedious presentations to sit through or exhibitors looking like they would rather be anywhere else but at this exhibition.  From magicians to opticians and a crime scene to rope hanging (not linked we should add), this is promising to be a very interesting and thought provoking experience not only for the visitors but also for us exhibiting.

Now our challenge in the meantime is to make sure that we maintain the high standard of this event and deliver an interesting and engaging exhibition stand.  Of course, with an excellent team of trainers and facilitators at the ready, the ideas have been flooding in thick and fast – some more elaborate than others.  Perhaps we will just need to check in with AquaTerra and find out what the parameters are- when we asked for some exciting ideas we should maybe have just given a few ‘Dos and Don’ts’!

So roll on the 19th May and until then, we are really enjoying watching this great event take shape.
