INTRODUCTION TO THE MODULE
Our advanced online learning platform PLUS enables us to deliver this programme either fully online or in a blended learning manner to suit your needs.
We offer a range of online learning modules for supervisors and team leaders. This module focuses on the development of motivation skills.
It is suitable for employees who are required to motivate others to perform, whether it is in team or for a project, and would benefit from a refresher or update on their motivation skills.
Learners are supported throughout by a Polaris Learning consultant and receive structured feedback as they master art of motivation.
ONLINE LEARNING
This learning module would be carried out online and would typically take five hours to complete.
