INTRODUCTION TO THE MODULE
Our advanced online learning platform PLUS enables us to deliver this programme either fully online or in a blended learning manner to suit your needs.
We offer a range of online learning modules for supervisors and team leaders. This online learning module focuses on the development of skills to lead change. It is suitable for employees who are involved in leading change within a team or company and would benefit from a refresher or update on their leading change skills.
Learners are supported throughout by a Polaris Learning consultant and receive structured feedback as they develop their ability to lead change effectively and efficiently.
