Coaching Skills Module
INTRODUCTION TO THE MODULE
Our advanced online learning platform PLUS enables us to deliver this programme either fully online or in a blended learning manner to suit your needs.
We offer a range of online learning modules for supervisors and team leaders. This online learning module focuses on the development of coaching skills. It is suitable for employees who train on a one-to-one basis and coach, or those who are preparing to move into this area. We find that trainers, as well as supervisors and team leaders also benefit from this online learning module.
