Leadership and Management for Excellence Programme endorsed by the ILM
A wonderful day was had by all as the candidates at Glenmorangie presented their learning journey to the Senior Leadership Team on completion of their Leadership and Management for Excellence Programme endorsed by the ILM.
Catriona their Polaris Learning Trainer was delighted to be in attendance – “I am very proud of the highly effective team the candidates have become whilst going through their ILM programme and the effort and determination shown by all candidates to be the best they can be.”
The candidates were presented with their certificates and flowers were presented to their Production Manager, Kirsty as well as Catriona for the support they had given throughout the programme.
