ILM Level 2 Award in Leadership & Team Skills

This training course focuses on practical leadership and team skills is aimed at new supervisors.

This training would be carried out in a two day workshop or through online and blended learning. Only two units need to be selected for the award.

Based on our experience of working with team leaders and supervisors, we recommend you select from the following units:

Leading your Work Team
Understanding Change in the Workplace
Planning and Monitoring Work
Introduction to Coaching in the Workplace

Qualification support

Once your supervisor has completed the learning, they will have to complete assignments back in their workplace. Polaris Learning will support them in completing these assignments and feedback on their work.

Please note, the learner only needs to complete two units and two assignments in order to complete the qualification.
