Busy week for Macsween!

It was a busy week recently for Macsween of Edinburgh where their Team Leaders and In-house Trainers were put through their paces in focused workshops.

During the three days, we covered leadership and motivation, workplace coaching, communication, conflict management and practical training techniques.
