INTRODUCTION TO THE MODULE
We offer a range of online learning modules for supervisors and team leaders.
This module focuses on the development of appraisal/performance management skills. It is suitable for employees who are involved in appraisals or performance management within a team or company and would benefit from a refresher or update on their skills.
Learners are supported throughout by a Polaris Learning consultant and receive structured feedback as they develop their skills in appraisals or performance management.
