Baxters – Delivering Effective Group Training!

Well done to Kirstian Findlay, Head of HR – Europe for Baxters Food Group.  Kirstian along with members of her team completed their certificates in Delivering Effective Group Training to allow them to deliver training for their in-house “Managers – Recipe for Success Programme” which started this week.

The programme was developed by Polaris Learning along with the HR team to deliver a unique and bespoke programme for their Team Leaders and Managers.

Catriona Sloan their Trainer said “it was a delight to see the Head of the HR working along with their team towards the Certificate which showed excellent team work and commitment from all of the HR team.”
